Lemon Creamed Honey 8oz Jar

I am obsessed with this honey. I bought one jar while in Ludington after sampling it in the store. I loved it then but after returning home and using it on warm biscuits and rolls, drizzled over blueberries, in tea and literally eating it off the spoon I am trying to ration it. I will be asking my daughter to buy me several jars to bring home when she visits in a few weeks. I will be trying the other creamed honeys as well! This will become a staple in my pantry…. I’m hooked!

I received this as a gift...it is simply delicious spread on toast. I'm sure it will be perfect on a muffin. Or possibly on a pancake. Great smooth texture.

I bought a jar of the Lemon Creamed Honey after overhearing that it was good to use if you had a sore throat or if you felt you were coming down with something. I was so glad I had a jar on hand when I felt the first twinges of a cold coming on! I used a healthy spoonful of the honey in a mug of hot water and nursed that mug all evening, and felt better by bedtime. I’ve bought three more jars since then to help get us through the upcoming winter! I haven’t used it on anything else, but I’m sure it would be delicious in other uses, too.
