An absolute must for researchers, healthcare workers, etc., who wear gloves all day!
I first learned about Sister Bees a few years ago from our head surgeon. I work in research and was assisting in surgery and taking notes for days-weeks in a row. Continuously wearing nitrile gloves, and washing and completely drying my hands countless times a day to get them back on if removed or ripped. On top of this, it was an already dry, Michigan Winter. My surgeon noticed I had been itching my hands and I explained that I had a patch of skin that would get extremely dry, itchy, and cracked to the point of bleeding every winter since I had started my career with them. Nothing would help, not even the lotion my mom used for her eczema. He later called me to his office to show me this product and he told me all about why he loved the company: local business, women owned, sustainable, for the bees! He ended up offering me his tin and it was a life (and hand) saver!
I tell everyone who suffers from dry skin about it and whenever I see anything Sister Bees I tell anyone I’m with the story! I was so excited to see them at the Muskegon farmer’s market this past weekend. I 100% encourage everyone to stop and check them out when they see any of their products (I love the chapstick too)! I can’t wait to try some of the other products too
